Kero One took me back to rap and instrumentals and steady beats. and i was making my round of looking for new music and i found Nomak. Probably the sweetest thing i've heard since Nujabes. Like Nujabes, Nomak mixes both straight up instrumentals, and instrumentals with guest rappers. Both are smooth. Listening to his stuff has a similar feel to Nujabes, but the mental image it paints when you close your eyes is completely different. I want to say that Nujabes is more of a darker jazz feel, while Nomak is a very light, bright, calming instrumental feel. With different uses of choirs, flutes, strings, and keyboard, there's magic in this music.
Close your eyes and just listen. Let the music move your soul, mind, and heart.
P.S. if this music inspires you, also check out Nujabes and Eternal Morning (props to Kero2 for this one)
